- ABSTRACT SUBMISSION NOW CLOSED! -

The Scientific Committee would like to thank everyone who submitted an abstract to the TTS 2010 Congress. We have reached a record submission with more than 2,350 abstracts submitted.

An international panel of reviewers will now start to review, rate and schedule all abstracts. Notifications of Acceptance will be sent via email to all submitting authors on Friday, 16 April 2010.

 

- LATE BREAKING ABSTRACT SUBMISSION -

For all those who missed this great opportunity to submit an abstract before the regular submission deadline, please be advised that the Late Breaking Abstract Submission will open at the beginning of April. Deadline to submit late breaking abstracts is Friday, 11 June 2010. Please note there will be a $100 CAD submission fee for late breaking abstracts.

Submission Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Congress Website
  • Abstracts should not exceed 500 words in length.
  • Tables may be included and each will count as 75 words.
  • Graphics/photos are permitted and each will count as 75 words.
  • Abstracts will be accepted in English only.
  • There is no fee for submitting an abstract (except for late breaking abstracts).
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit.
  • An international panel of reviewers will review all submitted abstracts anonymously.
  • Financial disclosure information must be submitted for each co-author however, it can be submitted by the submitting author.

Presenting Authors of Accepted Abstracts are required to register for the Congress and are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Please take advantage of the Early Registration Fee by submitting your registration by 15 May 2010. All presenting authors must be registered by 16 July 2010.
